Octubre 01, 2003Antes que nada, quiero expresar que según mi opinión, un weblog no es un diario íntimo personal. Este último tiene caracter privado y no se publica o es leído por miles de personas. La libertad de expresión de los blogs está en correlación con la libertad de expresión y uso de internet. Creo que el tema es bastante complejo. No hay leyes internacionales que regulen la libre expresión, aunque si existen leyes correspondientes a cada país. Es por eso que no es lo mismo postear de Pekín que desde California.
Hace menos de dos años, Hossein Derakhshan (un ciudadano de origen iraní) creó un blog que revolucionó todo el país. En Irán, la mayor parte de los diarios de tienes cerradas sus puertas (censura oficial?) y los ciudadanos iraníes con conexión a la red (+ de 1 millón), utilizan los weblogs como el medio de expresión e información de lo que ocurre en su país.
A pesar de que en hace tres meses, un tribunal de apelaciones norteamericano dictaminó que los bloggers no pueden ser considerados responsables de calumnias si se limitan a publicar información que han aparecido en otros sitios (en diferencia a quienes publican en medios como diarios, revistas y libros) sotengo que de todas maneras cualquier blogger está sujeto a restricciones de algún tipo. La ética, la moral y el buen uso de la palabra / internet - si ya sé que este argumento suena trillado, general y poco claro - siguen marcando el camino de lo que esta bien o mal.
Y no me vengan con que no hay definición de lo que está bien o mal. Considero que aunque nadie te juzgue, vos y solamente vos (sí, con tu interior y eso que llamamos conciencia) sabe lo que crea daño y lo que no. No seamos hipócritas y confundamos libertad con libertinaje (Trillado II).
Intentet permitió a cualquier humano expresar sus pensamientos frenta a un sinúmero de personas, sin embargo había que saber sobre html, códigos. etc. Hoy, cualquiera puede postear en Pitas ó Blogger (Si, MT es mas complicadito, pero te da mayor libertad de acción.)
No se si lo expuesto hasta aquí lleva un correlato, si me contradigo, si tengo razón, si no la tengo, si digo cosas sin sentido....pero.....creo que de eso estamos hablando. Yo escribí lo que quería en forma libre, y creo que sin joder a nadie. Si alguien se sintió ofendido, two ways: me lo dice y aclaramos el tema ó lee otro blog. Esto no es China (o si?).
