Se acerca la navidad y comienzan los lanzamientos de ediciones musicales poco habituales e ideales para regalar por esas fechas.
En esta línea, Geffen pone por fin a la venta su esperada caja titulada "With the lights out" con 81 canciones repartidas en 4 discos entre las que aparecen inéditos demos, versiones alternativas, directos, ensayos y tomas falsas. Además se incluye un dvd con grabaciones caseras de la banda y conciertos. Acompaña a la edición un libreto de 60 páginas con comentarios de Thurston Moore.
Aunque se ponen a la venta el 23 de noviembre, en Amazon ya se puede encargar por 54$:
