San Miguel Let's rock weekend
Este fin de semana, se celebra en Bilbao, en el Kafe Antzokia (c/ San Vicente, 2), el mini festival San Miguel Let's rock Weekend.
Parece que por fin el nombre de Bilbao empieza a sugerir algo para los promotores de conciertos y festivales, y es que esta zona siempre ha estado bastante huérfana de oferta musical alternativa (exceptuando grandes y puntuales visitas, como Radiohead en el 2001 o Placebo en el 2000).
El viernes día 9, Chucho (presentando su cuarto álbum "Koniec"), Midlake y Tachenko (el nuevo grupo de algunos de los miembros del desaparecido grupo zaragozano El niño gusano, que presentará su primer álbum "Nieves y rescates", editado por Grabaciones en el Mar), serán los encargados de ocupar el escenario.
Al día siguiente, sábado día 10, serán The Jeevas (que defenderán su reciente "Cowboys and indians"), Hoggboy y Virüs (pamplonicas, ganadores del Proyecto Demo 2004 de Radio 3 y FIB, y con una propuesta cercana al punk bastante interesante).
Las entradas están a la venta en ticktackticket, Power Records, Urretxindorra y en el propio Kafé Antzokia, saliendo el abono de dos días por 20 €uros, y la entrada de un día por 12 €uros.
no esta mal que los sinnamon boys se vengan para aquí, aunque haya otros sellos como mushroom pillow (hay mucha vida tras deluxe) a los que no me importaría ver en promocase de estos...

Efectivamente, el siguiente sábado, día 17, en el mismo Antzoki, La Buena Vida + Nachín Vegas en acústico (pensaba hacer entrada ad hoc la semana que viene). Ëse sí que no me lo perderé.
