Banderita, tú eres...


Todo el mundo tiene uno o varios colores favoritos. Es casi tan absurdo como tener un número de la suerte que nunca te da el Gordo o un animal preferido: a mí me gustan los pingüinos, los armadillos, los koalas, y casi cualquier bicho estrambótico con el que no vaya a tener que compartir espacio vital en mi vida, al menos no en mucho tiempo porque, en realidad, los perros me dan miedo y los gatos me rehuyen.

Y mi color favorito es el verde, aunque no hago ascos al azul o el amarillo. El rojo, en según qué circustancias, es inapropiado. Demasiado vivo. El rojo es sangre, pasión, fresa y calor.

Algún día, si alguien se presta a explicármelo, entenderé qué diferencia al amarillo del gualda, y por qué exáctamente se supone que dos bandas rojas con una gualda de doble ancho enmedio representan a lo que es España, o sus españoles. Hace mucho mucho tiempo, en esta misma galaxia, una banda era malva. O lila. O morada. ¡Maldita sea, soy un hombre, solo distingo dieciséis colores! La cosa es que ese tercer color representó también a España. La misma, pero otra, era una República o lo fue. Pasaron unas cosas, llegaron unos tipos, tiñeron de sangre esa banda lila y pusieron a un pájaro negro a vigilar que nadie la lavara. Pasó más tiempo, tuve suerte y aún no estuve allí, pero la cosa es que se les murió el pajarito y, aunque dejaron el recuerdo de la sangre, tuvieron la delicadeza de retirar su cadáver y sustituirlo por otro escudo, una amalgama de simbologías territoriales que, supongo que por despiste, olvidó incluir barras o estrellas.

Obviaron, también, que la sangre molesta y supongo que por eso es por lo que la conciencia colectiva no ha dejado de ver a esa bandera como si siguiera siendo un catálogo de ornitología macabra. Por eso y porque, en realidad, los españolitos de a pie seguimos viviendo como si fuésemos figurantes de "Cuéntame cómo pasó" pero con más carencias culturales, peores condiciones de vida y una calidad de vida tan miserable que entregaría la mía al alcohol si no fuese porque una de las cosas que menos soporto es que me duela la cabeza. Las posturas que, especialmente en los últimos meses, está manteniendo el gobierno de este país frente a los diferentes problemas que han ido surgiendo, me convencen de que no es que nos hayan querido representar con unos iconos de mierda, sino que consideran que somos tal y por tanto estupendamente representados.

Tanto tiempo han estado unos y otros violando a la pobre Constitución, que no es en absoluto panacea, pero que merece un mínimo de respeto, que ahora es paria, es marginal e insoportable, es un marco tan constreñido a las anideologías reaccionarias liberales que es como decir que es una casa de putas, pero de las cutres, donde las ladillas pasan hambre. El PP después de pisotearla, la ha solapado con rescoldos de los principios fundamentalistas de franquistas, opusdeistas, legionarios de cristo rey y demás perlitas humanas que componen su estructúra. Con un referente de tal enjundia, es lógico las mayorías pensantes de nuestro país, aborrezcan de igual modo la bandera de hoy como la de ayer. Y que nos pongamos de puntillas a alcanzar a ver la de antesdeayer, con cariño. Tampoco es eso.

Me jode, y mucho, ser un español sin bandera, que todos deberíamos tener derecho de ser masa iconizada a veces. Que la extrema derecha, also known as, se haya apropiado de las señas de por sí endebles de un país difícil. Me jode, y mucho, que mi banderita tricolor esté raída, y que la otra ondée gigante e inmensa, sin representarme. A ellos no, les basta con ser la quincuagésima tercera estrellita, ser el canuto de cartón del rollo de papel higiénico, ser un energúmeno a una camiseta de Tommy pegado o ser el gran hombre blanco que pisotea IRPFs ajenos. La derecha me ha robado la bandera para regalársela a la extrema derecha y vestirse ella con la bandera estadounidense. Ya sabéis, es algo tan intrascendente que no puede dejar de tocarte las pelotas.

Todos tenemos un color favorito. A mí me encanta como hacen de bonito azul, blanco y rojo en la Union Jack. A mí me parecen muy elegantes el blanco y el amarillo en la enseña vaticana. A mí me divierte la bandera de Japón, tan macrobiótica. A mí la bandera de España cada día me dice menos, a mí lo que me representa de verdad, como buen español, son las crípticas reminiscencias fálicas del estandarte de Brunei.

muy buen articulo, estoy totalmente de acuerdo, me gustaria poder disfrutar de mi bandera como hacen por ejemplo suecos, daneses, o finlandeses ke adornan sus casas, cockteles, coches y demas con sus banderas, aunque sin llegar a vacirlar de ella como los yankis, nosotros no podemos usar la bandera de España sin que los demas nos vean como bichos raros.
